Brittney Watson
Speaker
is a worshipper and prophetic voice with a heart after God. She has a vision to see the broken and dying restored to life. She is mandated to release the beauty of God through teaching, intercession, prophecy, and song. Brittney is the Founder of LeadHer Life, a community that empowers women to live whole lives, a certified life coach, and the co-founder of Encounter Worship Center, which is a church mandated to impact generations, transform cities, and convert hearts for Jesus Christ. As a growing woman, Brittney endured many obstacles and silently suffered with shame, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and a host of other road stumbling blocks. After being delivered from these various things, she felt it necessary to create an environment where women would not have to suffer alone but be empowered to overcome every obstacle placed before them. LeadHer Life was birthed in Brittney’s heart as a means to build, affirm and restore the heart of the woman. She desires to see wounded women gain true identity and fully live the lives that God has created them to live. Brittney resides in the South Suburbs of Chicago, IL with her husband, Isaac, and daughter Eden.
Debo Ijiwola
Visionary/Speaker
Debo Ijiwola is a visionary leader, inspirational author, and expert in organizational development, seamlessly blending her corporate career with ministry and community impact. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA from Keller Graduate School in Chicago, bringing strategic insight and excellence to every endeavor. Her extensive experience in senior leadership and board service reflects a lifelong commitment to empowering others both professionally and spiritually. As Lead Pastor of CityLight & Glow Churches, alongside her husband, Dr. Gregory Ijiwola, Debo passionately unveils biblical truths that awaken individuals to the fullness of God within them. Her book, Faith Filled Prayers for Children, equips parents to boldly declare God’s promises over their children, cultivating a generation rooted in faith and purpose. Debo’s love for worship and music has led her to pioneer worship teams, release her debut CD single, "You Make Beautiful," and spearhead visionary choir projects and concerts, uniting thousands across continents in powerful worship. As the visionary behind the annual iShine Women’s Conference, Debo inspires women to rise above challenges, deepen their relationship with God, and pursue their God-given potential. A devoted mother to three children—Jesse, Josh, and Pearl—Debo’s life exemplifies faith in action, leadership with impact, and purpose. Her journey continues to ignite transformation, inspiring individuals and communities across generations to live fully in God’s calling.
