iShine women's conference is an annual outreach event brought to you by the women of CityLight Church to empower and equip women everywhere to discover who they are and what they've been called to do on earth. We provide practical tools for successful living and connect women through workshops, small groups and our annual conference. It is our prayer that women will be built to rise above obstacles and fully express God's glory within and upon them.

She is the author of Alongside: A Practical Guide for Loving Your Neighbor in Their Time of Trial and Hope in the Hard Places: How to Survive when your world feels out of control. Through both her writing and teaching, Sarah equips others to love well and find hope in life’s most difficult seasons.
Sarah and her husband Craig have been married 33 years. They have three married children and are “Cap and Gigi” to four grandsons.

Dr. Cynthia L. Perry is a respected educator, author, and international speaker with more than 25 years of experience in higher education, teacher training, and women’s ministry. She was the first African American to earn tenure in Edgewood College’s School of Education, where she also served as Program Director of Early Childhood Education. Dr. Perry holds a Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago.
She has contributed to curriculum development, led professional workshops, and provided strategic consulting for educators, churches, and nonprofits. As a published author and founder of BreakFree Ministries, Dr. Perry empowers individuals to overcome spiritual strongholds and live in the freedom of faith. Her work and research focus on spiritual inclusion, prayer, and supporting children facing trauma and learning challenges.
With over 46 years of marriage, decades of ministry leadership, and impactful service with Converge Great Lakes, Dr. Perry continues to inspire women, families, and educators across the U.S. and abroad to walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.

As Lead Pastor of CityLight & Glow Churches, alongside her husband, Dr. Gregory Ijiwola, Debo passionately unveils biblical truths that awaken individuals to the fullness of God within them.
Her book, Faith Filled Prayers for Children, equips parents to boldly declare God’s promises over their children, cultivating a generation rooted in faith and purpose.
